When preparing the annual City budget, The City of Lincoln City considers the financial needs of local nonprofit agencies throughout the community. Nonprofit organizations enrich lives and strengthen our community. In addition to protecting and promoting cultural resources, they provide services to our youth and most vulnerable. It is through the Outside Agency Grant Program that The City of Lincoln City provides funding to these vital organizations.

The City encourages projects and programs that foster community wellness, directly impact vulnerable population(s), and/or the civic engagement of Lincoln City residents and beneficiaries.

City Council will review the requests for funding and determine which agencies should receive funding. Grants will be awarded to organizations that provide services to the community of Lincoln City.

The 2025-2026 Lincoln City Nonprofit Grant Program application period is now open.
