Traffic Speed Shield Data
The City currently (November 25th, 2025) possesses 50 traffic speed feedback displays, Lincoln City currently has 34 traffic speed shield signs installed across the city, 6 signs are permanent fixtures as shown by our interactive map. The remaining signs are pending installation as we await the results of our traffic control study, which will give us permanent locations for these radars across Lincoln City. Please note that feedback displays do not have cameras to capture images.
Data collected is used to inform decisions for traffic engineering best management practices, which include: permanent/temporary traffic calming structures, signage, paint markings, road classification, and more.
