The Lincoln City Street Department shop is located at 1655 SE East Devils Lake Road. The Street Department is responsible for city streets and public right of way from the west side of Neotsu, all of Roads End and south to Cutler City.

Primary Areas of Responsibility

• Repair pavement, curb, gutter and sidewalk
• Maintain catch basins, storm drains and ditches
• Maintain street signs (street regulatory and warning)
• Trim Trees
• Brushing/Mowing
• Grade Gravel Roads
• Paint curbs and crosswalks
• Stripe City parking lots
• Pressure wash parking areas at City Hall
• Sweep streets
• Maintain road shoulders

Lincoln City maintains 10 miles of Federal Aid eligible roads, the status of which are reported every other year in accordance with House Bill 2017.
The 2025 reported status of these roads, by mileage are: 7 miles of "good", 2 miles of "fair", and 1 mile of "poor"
