K&E Construction has completed this project December of 2024.  The Sidewalk along NE West Devils Lake Road had uplift causing the sidewalk to be uneven.  We were able to fix these sections and ensure a safe walking path along NW West Devils Lake Road.  

NE West Devils Lake Sidewalk which is part of the Head to Bay Trail is in need of major repairs. Crews are scheduled to start work on the damaged sidewalk on 10/21/2024.  The work primarily is between NE 26th St to NE 35th St on NE West Devils Lake Road across from the Samaritan North Lincoln Hospital. 

Baywalk Sidewalk Project Phase 2 was completed August of 2024.  

The Baywalk sidewalk project, Phase 2, installs sidewalk from the Schooner Creek bridge to the Siletz bay pullout (constructed in 2018).  This completes the last sidewalk gap between the Taft and Cutler City neighborhoods.

Work is funded by the Oregon Department of Transportation and Lincoln City's Urban Renewal Department, and is expected to be completed by spring of 2024.
