SW 4th Street / TND Building - DeLake District
This single-story building belonged to the Taft-Nelscott-DeLake (TND) Fire District No. 2. The structure occupies about half of the two contiguous tax lots which total 0.08 of an acre at the corner of SW 4th Street & Ebb Avenue, just one block west of Highway 101 (914 SW 4th Street).
The property is currently under a confidential Exclusive Negotiating Agreement with a developer selected from the 2018 RFEI. Due to challenging market conditions for commercial redevelopment (interest rates and construction costs) this project is moving more slowly than anticipated.
