Resolution 2026-07 Quitclaim Deed – 3128 NE Hwy 101 – Should the City Council approve a draft Resolution 2026-07, executing a Quitclaim Deed to the Oregon Department of Transportation, releasing the recorded Deferred Improvement Agreement on a portion of property at 3128 NE Hwy 101? - Approved

D River Welcome Site Lease –
Should the City Council approve the ground lease between the City of Lincoln City and Oregon Parks and Recreation Department for the D River State Recreation Area? – Approved with a correction of a typo.

Lincoln City Welcome Center Construction Approval – Should the City Council approve the Second amendment to the Progressive Design/Build Agreement for construction of the Lincoln City Welcome Center for $6,745,000 with a contingency of $410,000 for a total award of $7,155,000? - Approved

Motion to have staff provide an itemized financial report and design plan for the Lincoln City Welcome Center – Approved
