Partnership Funding Request for Pre-Development on Habitat for Humanity of Lincoln County Lake Drive Development – Should City Council approve pre-development partnership funding request for Habitat for Humanity of Lincoln County’s Lake Drive Development for home-ownership housing for $76,300? - Approved

Finalize Board and Committee Interview Questions – Questions for the Planning Committee, Budget Committee and City Council Interview. – Approved with an addition of new questions from Councilor Baker.

Motion to place the City Attorney on paid administrated leave retroactive to October 28, 2025 and direct City Manager to make inquires regarding external legal services. – Approved

Motion to schedule department head interviews with all nine City Manager applicants reviewed by City Council. – Approved
