    In observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, City Hall, Explore Lincoln City, Driftwood Public Library, and the LCPD Administrative Offices will be closed on Monday, January 19th. The Community Center will be open from 9:00am to 5:00pm

Please be aware that a building must be compliant with both the Zoning Code's use and the Building Code's occupancy classification before Planning & Community Development staff is able to approve a Business Occupation Tax Permit Application.
