The mission of the Lincoln City Urban Renewal Agency is to eliminate blight and depreciating property values in areas within the Agency's jurisdiction, and in the process, attract job producing private investments that will improve property values, improve the areas of visual quality, and establish a positive linkage between year 2000 development area and the Pacific Ocean. And all in a manner which will be compatible with Lincoln City's natural man-made setting.
