NEW PERSONAL TRAINER, ERIC MAYS,

GAINING POPULARITY WITH YOUNG AND OLD ALIKE!

Stop in and try out one of Eric's classes. He leads a vigorous Boot Camp workout of Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:15 - 8:45 a.m.

"Best workout I've had in a long time at the Community Center!" say several members of his Boot Camp class.

He also teaches Senior Exercise Monday - Friday, 10:15-10:45 a.m. Eric says, "I love to see people train and work out. There is nothing better than seeing someone reach their fitness goals. Whenever you are ready, I'll be here waiting to help you train."

The Seniors report that Eric is very encouraging, provides a safe work out environment for them, and has increased their self-confidence with balance and strength exercises. 

Eric's classes are available through a Choice Fitness pass which gives you 10 classes of your choice for $25. 

 Water Aerobics

Gentle Water Exercise

Senior Strength Training

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays  10:15 AM to 10:45 AM in the Community Center Gym

Taught by Eric Mays, Certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine

Senior Conditioning

Tuesdays and Thursdays  10:15 AM to 10:45 AM in the Community Center Gym

Tai Chi

Warm Water Arthritis and Fibermyalgia Classes

These classes are taught by Samaritian North Hospital Auxiliary Members in our shallow, warm water (94 degree) pool.

All SNLH volunteer instructors are certified by the Arthritis Foundation of Oregon

Arthritis Classes:  Monday, Wednesday and Friday  11:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Fibermyalgia Classes: Tuesday and Thursday  11:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Cost is $2.50 per person

Coastal Alzheimers and Dementia Support Group

Are you caring for someone wth memory loss?  This group is an excellent source for support, resources, education and respite.  If you would like to bring the person you are caring for, there is a seperate place where supervision is available.  For information contact Pat or Colleen, medical social workers at Samaritan North Lincoln Home Health and Hospice, 541-996-7328.
