The Code Enforcement Division receives and investigates complaints regarding alleged violations of the Municipal Code and Zoning Ordinances such as property maintenance violations, private property parking violations, zoning violations, licensing and permit compliance issues, sign codes, etc.
The Code Enforcement Division assists other City Departments and Divisions in gaining compliance with the City of Lincoln City Municipal Code and Zoning Ordinances.
The goal of Code Enforcement is to gain voluntary compliance with the municipal code in order to maintain property values, protect health and safety of the community, and to promote an esthetically pleasing environment.
