The Information Desk was established to assist with your questions, in person, via phone or e-mail.
Since it's inception, the Information Desk routinely handles hundreds of calls on a daily basis, and serves as Lincoln City's "first contact point" for residents, visitors, businesses, and Government agencies.
If the Information Specialist cannot answer your question, she will direct you to the appropriate staff member whether they are in office, or working in the field.
The Information Desk is located on the third floor at City Hall.
