Pay Your Utility Bills On Line

The City of Lincoln City offers secure, on line payment services for your Water and Sewer Bill.  You can have your payment withdrawn automatically from your checking or savings account each month, or choose to review your statement on line each month and initiate a single electronic transfer whenever convenient. 

Instructions for Use

To set up your account, all you need is your Utility Bill Account Number and the name as it appears on your Utility Bill.  Once your account is set up, you will be asked to provide your bank account  and bank routing numbers.  Click on the Pay Your Bill icon above to begin the process.

The City of Lincoln City is not liable for service disruption or ensuing reinstatement fees if you receive a shut off notice and do not advise the Finance Department that you have paid electronically.
